A licensed Florida auctioneer, Marsha sold conventional real estate for 12 years earning top sales honors with career sales over $100 million before forming Marsha Wolak Realty in 2002 where she specialized in real estate investing. Assessing the growing trend of real estate auctions in the current market, she quickly identified the need for a heightened level of integrity in this re-emerging industry and formed Marsha Wolak Auctions in 2006. Marsha has held a Florida Real Estate broker’s license since 1994 and is a member of the Florida Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Sarasota Board of Realtors, the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and the Port Charlotte Board of Realtors.

She enjoys spending time with her two children, working out at the gym, riding motorcycles, playing golf and tennis, and boating.

A Sarasota native, Shaun brings a young energetic and enthusiastic attitude to Marsha Wolak Auctions with 4+ years of experience in the Florida real estate market and with a back ground in Telecommunications.

With his free time Shaun enjoys spending time with his friends and family, fishing/boating, playing golf and softball.

Ivan is both a licensed Florida & Pennsylvania auctioneer and has been a real estate broker since 1985. He is a member of many organizations including National Auctioneers Association (NAA), Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, Florida Auctioneers Association, Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Soil Conservation District, Multi-County Board of Realtors, Township Planning Commission and local community governmental committees and the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI).
